I have the most wonderful husband in the whole world. Valentine's Day came and went, and it was very uneventful. Charlie was sick with bronchitis and so we just relaxed. Well, Charlie felt pretty bad, so he planned a weekend away. ONe of my most favorite places in the whole world is Lake Tahoe. It is aboslutely beautiful and I have so many great memories from when I was growing up. Well, Charlie knows that this is my favorite places so he planned a weekend away. He got us a room at a cute little inn. The inn has many different cabin rooms and that are all decorated differently. We spent the weekend just enjoying each other, relaxing by the fire and watching the beautiful snow fall. It was absolutely perfect. I don't know I can really explain how wonderful everything was. I am so glad I have some pictures to describe the beauty of God's creation.
We took a walk down by the lake on Sunday afternoon. It was so cold, but so beautiful. We saw a rock out on the lake and there was so much snow on top of the lake that we walked out to the lake. It was pretty amazing to be sitting out on the lake looking back at the shore.
Well, the weekend was incredible and I am so thankful to be married to someone who just loves me so much to do something so thoughtful for me. I look forward to many more romantic weekends because we are going to spend so many more years together. I am thankful for every moment. I love you Babe!!!
