The adventure begins!!!

So yesterday Charlie and I decided that we would go buy the crib for our baby. I have been a little overwhelmed about the speed at which this due date is arriving, so we decided that buying the crib and having something in our nursery would help us feel a little closer to our goal. I had already done research and scoped out the crib I liked at Target. So we headed out to the closest Target and found the one of the cribs, but then I had thought there was another one I liked better. We drove another 25 minutes and looked at the another store....well I guess I was imagining that other crib. So then we realize that we have to buy the mattress seperately. We did not realize that this was necessary with any crib, so we looked at another store to see if we could get everything combined. Yes, we are new parents and finally realized that we were going to have to buy a mattress as well. So we went back to the Target we started at and decided on the crib. We went to buy the crib and they were out. What a bummer. My wonderful husband knew getting the crib was important to me, so he turned around and went back down to a Target further away, just to get the crib. I am so thankful that my husband made so many sacrifices for me yesterday. I feel so blessed. So after our adventure to find just the right crib we took it home and my husband had to carry this crib up the stairs by himself. Finally, it is in the nursery to stay there for quite a while. When we finally get the crib put together I will be sure to post a picture.
